To register and place bets on Wager, you must be at least 18 years must be met. Opening an account as a minor is strictly prohibited. If Wager suspects that an account is being operated by an underage individual, it reserves the right to investigate and close that account.

Each person may only register one account. If the same individual opens multiple accounts, they will be considered "duplicate accounts." In such cases, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. Wager reserves the right to close any account found to contain false or misleading information. You may be required to submit identity documents during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. If someone gains access to your password or you notice any unauthorized access, contact Wager support immediately.
A bet placed on Wager is only considered valid once confirmed by our system. If you do not receive confirmation, the bet has not been accepted. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, your stake will be refunded.
If the odds change before your bet is confirmed, you will need to accept the new odds. Once your bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and will not change.
If a match or event is cancelled, or delayed by more than 12 hours from its scheduled time, the bet will be declared void and your stake will be refunded. Different rules may apply for live betting.
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each market and displayed at the time of placing a bet. Wager reserves the right to lower the maximum limit for high-risk events or unusual betting patterns.
Keep in mind: Odds change rapidly in live betting. Review the odds carefully before placing your bet. Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except via cashout).
Wager accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. When making a deposit, ensure you enter the correct amount and reference number. Incorrect details may cause delays in processing.
Your account must be KYC-verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Each withdrawal request is reviewed by our team — processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours.
Wager complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines. Suspicious transactions will result in account freezing and investigation. Withdrawals made without any prior gameplay may be considered invalid.
New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration. The minimum deposit to receive the bonus is ৳500.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A minimum of the bonus amount 5x Wagering must be placed on real money bets. Once the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus will be converted to your real balance.
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or strategically manipulating bonus release — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses.

Wager reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account due to rule violations or security risks. Where possible, the reason will be communicated before the action takes effect.
As part of responsible gaming, you can lock your account for a set period (from 1 week to permanently) at any time. Contact support or activate this option directly from your account settings.
